Today is my final day of the Coffee Mate Brew Crew Coffee House Challenge and I decided to make something a little crazy- an Iced Peanut Butter Mocha! I found this recipe on the Coffee Mate Be Your Own Barista Page HERE.
The ingredients listed in the recipe are-
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 (2-ounce) shots espresso
1/4 cup Café Mocha Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
Ice cubes
This would definitely be a drink my husband would like- he's the peanut butter fanatic in our house. I enjoyed it but it wasn't my favorite recipe this week. The peanut butter make it kind of thick and creamy throwing me off a little bit texture wise, but the flavor was spot on! If you are a big peanut butter fan I think you should step out on a limb and try this recipe!
